I am having trouble accessing your website/donation forms. What should I do?

You can check the status of our website and donation system at the following link status.unicef.org.nz for their live status.

There are a couple of browser related issues that may be inhibiting our payment platform:

  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser. This is usually found in browser settings.
  • Clear your cache. You can do this by pressing ctrl+shift+del on Windows or cmd+shift+del on Mac.
  • Update your browser version. Usually there will be an 'update' button in the top left corner of your browser, or you can go to settings.

If you find that all systems are up, you have already tried tinkering with your browser settings, updating your browser and you are still having problems accessing our website or donation form(s), please flick us an email at support@unicef.org.nz

To help our donor support team assist you as best they can, it would be helpful if you could include a description and/or screenshots of the issue you're running experiencing.
